Our "No BS" Satisfaction Guarantee
We're confident our tea is bloody brilliant. But hey, taste is subjective, and maybe our particular brand of chaos isn't your cuppa. That's fair enough.
If you're a first-time customer and you try a blend but find it's just not for you, no hard feelings.
Email us at shop@tntea.no within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know what you thought, and we will refund your first purchase of that product. No return necessary. Seriously. We don't want your used tea back, that's just weird. This guarantee is our way of making sure you can try TNTEA completely risk-free.
(This guarantee applies once per product per customer. We can't refund your 10th box of Morning Napalm just because you decided you've changed your mind, come on now).
Standard Returns (For Damaged, Incorrect, or Unopened Items)
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request this type of return.
How to Start a Return: To start a return for an unopened, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at shop@tntea.no.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns will need to be sent to: Smørbukkstien 5, 4019 Stavanger, Norway. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items (The "We Messed Up" Policy) Did your package arrive looking like it lost a fight with the delivery driver? Or did we send you the wrong stuff? Our bad. That's on us.
Please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right. We'll dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll cover all shipping costs for our screw-ups, obviously.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period: Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds (for standard returns): We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@tntea.no.
